Here’s what you need to apply:

You must be able to follow instructions, even when you are at the job by yourself.

The rights to work in Australia (at least 20 hours per week)
Your own car and Victorian or South Australian driver’s license (not a borrowed car, Uber or anything else and not an international license)
You must be looking for long-term, stable employment (not short-term)
You must be committed to your job and perform it extremely well, every day
You understand some clients are wealthy individuals and expect superior quality. Some clients have particular needs (and personalities!) and you must be adaptable to work with different personality types.
You must like cleaning
You must like serving customers
You must be happy, positive and friendly
You must be reliable. If you are not you will not last in this job.
You must be able to take training from Pilly. She wants things done a certain way. We have our processes and procedures. You must be able to follow instructions, even when you are at the job by yourself.

We are looking for staff that are looking for long-term, stable employment opportunities with the chance to grow. We will have team leaders who manage a small number of staff. If you are a team leader and your staff are one time and receive happy faces 100% of the time, you would receive an additional bonus.

Keep in mind that most positions require morning shifts from Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required. Does this sound like an opportunity you really really want?
