These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the ShinyBright website at www.shinybright.com.au (“Website”), as well as any services provided by ShinyBright, including cleaning services (“Services”). By using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Website Use
The Website is for your personal and non-commercial use only. You must not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or to transmit or upload any harmful viruses, worms, or malicious code. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, or interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website.
2. Service Bookings and Payment
By booking Services through the Website (all bookings must be made online), you agree to pay the quoted price for the Services, including any additional fees or charges for extra Services requested. We use a third party booking, scheduling, management and review app called Launch27 (www.launch27.com) and by using our website, booking and related services you agree to their privacy policy you can find at www.launch27.com/privacy-policy and to their terms of service you can find at www.launch27.com/terms-of-service. Please read all of the above documents carefully and do not proceed unless you agree to be bound by all of them.
During the booking process you will be asked for your payment details for your weekly or fortnightly service. We do not offer one off cleans or end of lease cleans or anything other than a weekly or fortnightly clean. You will not be charged until your cleaning service has been delivered.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel a booked Service, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. If you fail to provide sufficient notice, you may be charged for your service in full. Due to the regular, bespoke nature of our service (that is, being a weekly or fortnightly service), a staff member is assigned to you and can not be distributed to another client as other clients already have a regular staff member assigned to them. Since our staff members will lose their income for your regular service we charge a $50 cancellation fee that is given to our staff member as compensation for the cancellation. We hope you understand that in providing a premium service we must respect our staff who will always provide you with the best service they can. Providing a token of gratitude in the event of a cancellation goes a long way to building and maintaining a great relationship with them we both benefit from. Shiny Bright may cancel a Service booking at any time for any reason, in which case you will receive a full refund for that cancelled service.
4. Service Guarantee and Liability
Shiny Bright guarantees that Services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiny Bright is not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise, arising from the provision of the Services or any act or omission by Shiny Bright, its employees, or contractors.
5. Intellectual Property
The content and intellectual property on the Website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, designs, images, text, and software, are the property of Shiny Bright or its licensors. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of the Website without prior written consent from Shiny Bright.
6. Privacy Policy
By using the Website or Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in accordance with Shiny Bright’s Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Website.
7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Shiny Bright may amend these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Website. By continuing to use the Website or Services, you accept the updated Terms.
